I’ve had a lot of people ask me what the “Best-in-Slot” trinket configuration is.  And to be honest, that depends.  One trinket is clear:  Variable Pulse Lightning Capacitor.  Whether heroic or non-heroic, this trinket will be BiS for you.

The second trinket is a bit iffy.  Generally, the heroic Necromantic Focus will be your second trinket, unless the DMC: Volcano will put you at or above 2637 haste, which is a DoT breakpoint.

Now, if heroic Necromantic Focus is not available to you, DMC: Volcano will be your BiS option, UNLESS it’s a heavy solar cleave fight with mushrooms (See: Rhyolith and Ragnaros).  If it’s one of those fights, you will want the normal Necromantic Focus for the mastery and Eclipse damage.

I’ve created a tier 11 ‘BiS’ list that’s available in the Moonkin Guide section.  This BiS list is unique, as due to reforging, we now have many different options available which are equally (or almost equally) as viable.  I’ve listed multiple items for almost every slot, with the first items listed being the most preferred.  Remember, with reforging almost anything becomes viable!

I’ve taken some time to update the BiS list, often listing multiple items for some of the slots.  Given the fluidity of hit through reforging, I’ve found some additional gear.  I’ve still avoided gear that’s blatantly resto (ie: Spirit/Mastery).

I updated the ToC BiS after Chardev upgraded to version 7 and broke all their previous profiles.  I also cleaned up the BiS page a bit, and included Alliance BiS pages as well.  Please let me know what you think!

The loot gods smiled at me tonight in Trial of the Crusader, and I was able to pick up [item]47422[/item], and then by virtue of being the only druid in the raid, I picked up [item]47438[/item].  I think this puts me at 9 slots BiS towards my T8/T9 BiS list.  I’m hoping for [item]47469[/item] next.  The non-leather pieces, (ring, cloak, trinkets) are going to be the hardest to pick up.
