I decided for my Best-in-Slot (BiS) gear for Firelands to use the interactive profile on Chardev.

NOTE: The [Darkmoon Card: Volcano] is listed due to the haste breakpoint. If you are not near the haste breakpoint, [Necromantic Focus] will be best in slot. If you happen to have the legendary, the gear changes, but you’ll be able to reforge differently.

Latest on Wed, 09:21 pm: To answer Boomer's question I am running the 4T13 and I find it more beneficial to use starsurge on cooldown no matter what due to the 10% damage increase and the fact that you do get the instacast procs so often that there is no reason not to take advantage of the tier bonus

I recommend using http://www.chardev.org if you want to display gear sets etc.
Its the tool Simulationcraft(a popular sim tool to calc patchwerk styled dps).

why don’t you use the other exalted ring too? you get +30 int and it has no crit.
also i thought it would be better to get the t12 resto legs and keep the boomkin shoulders, not sure tho.
