The whole row is about healing, so Cenarion Ward fits there. You just shouldn't think about it as you get something useless instead of... There is no instead. You get is as an extra while you will have your dps tools anyway. Since we lose Bloom and Regrowth the healing spells in that row will come handful. Especially becasue they meant to waste less gcd unlike chanin casting 3-4 Regrowths or a stack of 3 Lifeblooms. You cast one more powerful with a cd instead. The only question is will the 3 of them be competitive with each other for the players? I already feel a bit puzzled about them, so with a little more fine tuning on the healing amounts will most like make them an interesting choice.
