5.0.5 Hotfixes :: Balance Buffs!
by Sunfyre on Sep.21, 2012, under Mists of Pandaria
It looks like our concerns for single target DPS (and Wrath DPS in particular) have not gone unanswered. While mages and warriors found themselves nerfed, elemental shaman were slightly buffed and moonkin are enjoying a fairly large single target buff:
- Starfire damage has been increased by approximately 3%.
- Starsurge damage has been increased by approximately 3%.
- Wrath damage has been increased by approximately 9%.
- Non-Restoration Druids will now properly get a mana discount when casting Cenarion Ward while Heart of the Wild is active. Feral and Guardian Druids will also properly gain increased healing.
Hopefully this will begin to solve our single target issues as well as damage disparity between solar and lunar.

Druid Challenge Mode Gear Model Released!
by Sunfyre on Sep.20, 2012, under Mists of Pandaria
MMO-Champion has a video for the Druid Challenge Mode gear, and I’m pretty impressed. Not only does it have some neat effects, but casting spells adds additional animation.
What do you think?
5.0.5 Hotfixes
by Sunfyre on Sep.17, 2012, under Mists of Pandaria
The following hotfix was applied which affects Moonkin. I am not sure if this was a specific 5.0.5 bug because I have noticed for quite awhile (before 5.0.5) that you can no longer stack a Shooting Stars starsurge immediately following a starfire departing an eclipse for the bonus eclipsed nuke. I guess since they now fixed the eclipse lag entering an eclipse, it was only fair.
Eclipse should no longer provide bonus damage after it fades.
Cool Thing of the Day: Wild Charge
by Sunfyre on Sep.10, 2012, under Mists of Pandaria
Maybe I’m the last person to know this:
You can Wild Charge in humanoid form to a Wild Mushroom. That’s pretty neat. I can see the usefulness in PvE.
Did you all know this? Am I just dumb?
