World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria announced!

The opening ceremonies of BlizzCon have just ended. Mists of Pandaria is official!
Here’s what we know so far:
- New race: Pandaren
- New class: Monk
- New continent: Pandaria
- Focused on war between Alliance & Horde
- Level Cap increased to 90
- Challenge Mode Dungeons
- PVE Scenarios
- Pet Battle System
- New Talent System

Latest on Wed, 09:21 pm: To answer Boomer's question I am running the 4T13 and I find it more beneficial to use starsurge on cooldown no matter what due to the 10% damage increase and the fact that you do get the instacast procs so often that there is no reason not to take advantage of the tier bonus
