4.3 PTR Notes Updated: No Balance Changes

The 4.3 PTR notes have been updated once again, and once again, there is silence regarding moonkin. I primarily take this as a good thing, as they don’t see to nerf us, our mushrooms, etc. That being said, I was kind of hoping for a mechanic change to Starsurge to justify the new 4T13 bonus. I guess we’ll have to keep waiting.
That being said, Swipe (Cat) did get nerfed a considerable amount.

Latest on Wed, 09:21 pm: To answer Boomer's question I am running the 4T13 and I find it more beneficial to use starsurge on cooldown no matter what due to the 10% damage increase and the fact that you do get the instacast procs so often that there is no reason not to take advantage of the tier bonus

Cat swipe did get nerf, but it was rlly to balance out w/ the 20% raid wide ap increase (+10%).
