Interesting Eclipse Changes…

Playing around on live, it looks like a few changes have been made to Eclipse:
- The 4 piece bonus from Tier 12 is now applied BEFORE Euphoria. This means you can get 50 energy Starfires.
This is causing ‘predict energy’ in Balance Power Tracker to not fire properly if you have 4pc T12. If you have both, I suggest you turn off ‘forsee energy’ for now.

Latest on Wed, 09:21 pm: To answer Boomer's question I am running the 4T13 and I find it more beneficial to use starsurge on cooldown no matter what due to the 10% damage increase and the fact that you do get the instacast procs so often that there is no reason not to take advantage of the tier bonus

Unfortunately this is generating some unsavory results in Balance Power Tracker, making you think you are entering an eclipse when you are actually not. Hopefully the author gives it some love soon.

Aye, it’s causing it to bug out a bit. Just needs to be updated a bit soon.
