7/19 Hot Fix: Moonfire

Have to love ambiguous hotfix notes:
- Moonfire will now generate Lunar Energy when crossing from Solar to Lunar on the Eclipse bar.

Latest on Wed, 09:21 pm: To answer Boomer's question I am running the 4T13 and I find it more beneficial to use starsurge on cooldown no matter what due to the 10% damage increase and the fact that you do get the instacast procs so often that there is no reason not to take advantage of the tier bonus

In this case, Moonfire is now moving all the way to solar and then all the way to Lunar, according to what people at EJ have been saying.

Or rather the combination of moonfire/sunfire will now push & pull you back and forth correctly now.

Yep, that’s what I found as well. Still doesn’t make it very useful.

It’s a useless talent now. It was originally designed to help our DPS on the move. Now, it penalizes our DPS after the move, and renders Moonfire and Sunfire very ineffective for AoE.
