Heroic Tier 11 Released!

The heroic Tier 11 set has been datamined, and the stats are impressive!
On a related note, it looks like the mastery was removed from our legs, and spirit was added instead. (This is not like us having spirit on previous tier gear. I’m assuming they did this to make up a lack of hit on our gear, and we probably didn’t get enough hit on off-set pieces to compensate).

How’s 4pT11 ? Worth getting it vs getting Haste-crit items we’d get in raids?

If they don’t change how DoT mechanics work.. definitely amazing, because it’ll make both of our DoTs crit on EVERY tick.

Will it? Because it says “every critical hit you achieve lowers your % by 33%” Doesn’t that mean if you proc it, and the next second both moonfire and insect swarm tick, this takes off 66% ?

Currently, DoTs inherit whatever crit/haste you have when you cast them.

I’m actually quite convinced that our DoTs inherit the haste we have at any time during their duration. I have witnessed several times on my DoT tooltips a changing duration depending on my haste level throughout the 16-sec DoT. With procs like Black Magic for example, the value changed between the moment I cast it and the moment it ended.
No idea about crit though, which is the main concern here with 4T11

That’s incorrect, and here’s how you can prove it:
Cast moonfire, then insect swarm.
ONLY Insect Swarm is going to benefit from Nature’s Grace (because it proc’d off Moonfire). You’ll notice that insect swarm ticks about 3 more times over the same duration.
