Troll Druids available pre-Cataclysm release!

Zarhym posted in response to forum questions that new class combinations, such as Troll Druids, will be available after The Shattering, which will happen shortly before the Cataclysm.

They will be available to everyone shortly before the release of Cataclysm when The Shattering takes place.

Are the racial traits for Cataclysm set in stone (I mean relatively, nothing is ever set in stone in a mmorpg) or are they still work in progress ?
Btw, 10$ for a race change, are you sure ? I’m playing on an Euro server and it cost 20 Euro. I’m expecting it would cost 25$ on US servers.

IIRC, you won’t be able to race change until an equivalent level of that race/class combo exists. (IE no changing to a troll until someone levels a troll druid to 80). That may have changed though, in all the penumbras and emanations of pre expansionism.
