3.3.3: Lightning Shield proc’s instability

Lightning Shield now procs charges of [spell]69766[/spell] in the Sindragosa encounter. This is really bad on heroic. Not sure if it’s an intended change or not.

Latest on Mon, 08:03 pm: When you hit 0 energy, in 5.1, you'd go to 20 energy. + 40 energy from one cast to 60 energy, + 40 energy from cast #2, that's 100 energy. Now you go from 0 energy to 40 energy. Cast #1 brings you to 80. Cast #2 is still required, and it brings you to 100 energy (which is really 120 but you get nothing for that extra energy). The amount of casts did not change. 2.
: Wait, what you just said doesn't make sense. What makes us go straight to 20 energy? With SotF it takes 2 casts to reach lunar. 2 casts to reach solar. Without SotF it takes 3, correct me if i'm wrong.

It’s not really random when you realize that the goal of this blog is to be an end game moonkin blog. The lightning shield proc to instability is under reported. I haven’t seen it carried on the WoW Raid forums or MMO Champion, and it can easily wipe your raid on heroic Sindragosa. This information is vital to pass on to elemental shaman who may be using lightning shield for extra DPS on the fight.

Yes yes, its his site, he can do whatever he wants. I just found it extremely random. How about the changes to Life Tap? Is that not also really important for moonkins to know, so they can check if their warlocks has noticed it?

Except that glyph of lifetap won’t wipe your raid. This will in phase 3 heroic sindragosa, and hasn’t been well discussed.

on the slight OT of this OT, they reskinned the Sanctified boomkin helm, its all purply like the rest of the set too!

in fact i think they redid all the druid helms with new colors, the 251 helm isnt the same colour as before.

The 277 Sanctified helm has a green gem in the middle where the 264 helm had purple. The green gem gives a purple glow though which is odd.
