Latest on Wed, 09:21 pm: To answer Boomer's question I am running the 4T13 and I find it more beneficial to use starsurge on cooldown no matter what due to the 10% damage increase and the fact that you do get the instacast procs so often that there is no reason not to take advantage of the tier bonus

eventhough 1500 dmg dot isnt the thing which would climb us as its needed…/

I tried 4set this week at BQL cause i was bored and had languish tick for 1200dmg with having 2500dmg beeing resisted (and no i wasnt biten)

It’s being fixed today in the patch.

It’s a set bonus, not a fix. Our damage is also being increased by ~3% across the board. Having a rolling impact like DoT will still be a decent DPS increase.

i knoow, but when 1200dmg and 2500 resisted its the same dmg like mf crits
( thats what i mean, 4t10 isnt really better then 2t9

I think you’re failing to see how it works. The dot continues to stack like Impact. It will be a considerable DPS increase.

after fix im averging 3k ticks max on 7k, 13k on blood queen. this proc is now beating my other dots on overall dmg done <3 4 set bonus
